Crucible is hackers playground
Wish Bungie WOULD fix their servers cause I know it’s not my internet connection. I had about four matches and the other team had hackers running bullet sponge mods, walk through bullets and every other Freaking mod there is to just win a match and force those on my team to quite. We are so do of this happening and it’s ruining the game

Why would the best weapons in Destiny be made to the fate of hackers! Get a clue Bungie! Play the quest you create and observe the nonsense for yourselves for once. Put an average player in crucible comp and watch him be destroyed by hackers and the guardian blockers of the recluse and mountain top is what my clan calls these hacks!

PvP on PC is terrible, I have accounts on PS4, Xbox1 and PC I recently linked my xbox to PC and activated Cross save. Game looks and plays amazing on PC, however I jumped into PvP and NEVER have I been shot thru walls, around corners or cross mapped by a hand cannons like this on console. 1 game a guy had a pulse rifle that fired SO FREEKIN FAST there was no time to react before I was dead. I will play PvE on PC but switch back to console for PvP.

Xbox huh Ok ok ok, I don’t like replying to D2 posts but here we go. “Bullet sponge mod?!” This is the first I’ve herd of it but I’ve encountered it. When I used to have bad WiFi, even with an Ethernet. So check your internet. Check everything that is on your end. And that your on Xbox, I’m also on Xbox. I’ve haven’t had issues with it, yet. Maybe like a hand full but I probably didn’t notice.

Before blaming Bungie, make sure your own set-up is optimized. The P2P networkign the game uses will expose even minor problems on your end. 1. Check your internet speed. If your upload speed is less than 2 mbps, you may have stability or lag problems. 2. If you're using wi-fi (especially an older protocol) consider hard-wiring with ethernet or ethernet-over-powerlines 3. If you're using a TV (rather than a computer monitor) make sure to use "Game" mode for your picture. A lot of video processing adds latency. Game mode removes it. If there is no dedicated game mode, then just turn off the processing. 4. If you can, try investing in a router that prioritizes online gaming traffic. Especially if you live in a situation where you share internet with other users. These routers will prioritize gaming (and other latency sensitive) traffic over what bandwidth you have.
