Hello, I've got a problem with Cross Save. I done everything what it needs to be done. Everything was fine, I've got all my characters transfered from my PS4 account, I set it as my primary of course, but after buying D2 on Battlenet, it all screwed up. I lost all my characters from PS4 and it was repleaced by new character from PC. I set it up yesterday, it was shown that I've got all my 3 characters from PS4 transfered but today it changed after buying a D2 on Battlenet, everything was ok before that. I'm 100% sure that I activated PS4 as my main and now I'm stucked with only one character from PC, new created one. Someone can help? If I will disable cross save I'll need to wait 90 days, what I really don't want that.
I've bought this game twice, one more day ago... is this is really a way Bungie dealing with thier customers? I'll be stuck 90 days, I'm spending money and I cannot receive any help for that.
Is there any way to contact Bungie Support directly? Or I'm stuck just to forum?

As far as i know there is no way to have a conversation with a Support representative, you are stuck in the forums
