I would recommend remnant from the ashes especially on PC but its also on console. Its like 40$ and its very looter shooter esk but no random rolls. BUT it has free dlc updates, no micro transactions, constantly being supported by devs, TONS of loot, Its a EXTREMELY large game with 4 planet destinations that have at least 2-4 hours of content each and each time you start the campaign over the planets completely reroll with new bosses, dungeons, and loot. And the gunplay and melee and movement in general feels amazing. Also no level cap your character can get OP as hell and world difficulty is based not on character level but gear level (which you craft) The negatives for it right now though is no text chat (which they are adding very soon) And if you want too 100% all the loot in the game it’s extremely frustrating as most of the time rerolling the campaign has no repeat protection so you can play the campaign 8 times but never see everything. (But they are fixing that with a free roam adventure mode that is coming free in a week or two)
