Cerberus +1 Catalyst ideas?
Explosive rounds and rampage come to mind. What do you think it should/might be?

Because Cerberus is a dog, maybe add a perk called collar which tightens the spread while aiming

How about when aimed down sights with catalyst all damage has chance to clump together for single shot crit. I’ve never used the gun, do not use most exotics!

Explosive or high-caliber rounds would be easy and effective. Something more unique could be giving either an even tighter spread while ads+ bonus damage like focused fire, or giving all the rounds moderate tracking.

Exotic catalyst changes this weapon to a 180 hand cannon with the unnerfed mag howl perk. Aiming this weapon fires all four bullets at once with pinpoint accuracy. 4 bullets to head = 1 kill with 180 rpm. Mag howl active means even faster 1 click kills.
