This whole season has been slowly pushing eververse at the player: - No nore current season engrams - Events encouraging players to spend dust - Event requiring more dust than any other event - No event engrams despite previous Bungee promises We know this will be extended in Shadowkeep with Eververse being moved to the director so they're going to want shiny stuff that's better than the in game rewards to make players shell out. Bungee had to reign in Eververse before due to player feedback (outrage might be a better word) and they are just working back to that point but putting loads of bells and whistles on to try and disguise it. The annoying thing is that Eververse was working the way it was when we still had event/seaonal engrams etc. Luke confirmed the whisper ornaments [u]alone[/u] paid for the zero hour mission so it wasn't like they weren't already making money off it.
