The only buff I think it needs, and this will SOUND weird, but it needs a reduced magazine size. LQ is fairly pointless once that magazine hits below 7. If it was a 4 shot mag, you could use its main effect a lot more.

Naw. Loaded Question is my most used weapon. Been using it since Black Armory. While I’d love to see it get another buff, it truly doesn’t need one, and the suggested buff would just make it an exotic weapon in power. What you should do is pair it with a great primary; for the longest time I used the Breakneck since it was unlocked in the same season. Abuse the hell out of it’s perks. Swap to it, fire a shot or two to take out bigger targets, then swap back to your primary. Or, if you have a massive group of trash mobs, swap to it, fire one burst into the crowd, then watch them all disappear. The auto loading holster should be the only way you ever reload it; with nearly 9k kills on my Loaded Question, the number of times I’ve manually reloaded it is probably less than 100. Pair it with a rally barricade or Lunafaction boots rift and you’re set for any situation given that you have the ammo. I’d suggest using a major mod on it.
