I have played Destiny for a while now, but I have had a couple of times where I have lost the ability to see other players in game, or indeed get matchmaking with others, unless I join someone else's fireteam. This first happened about a year ago, though I cannot remember what I did that time to fix it. I have moved in the interim, and got a new ISP (Viasat) and modem from the same, and the issue seems to have cropped up again. My NAT appears to be 'Open', according to the "Accessibility" page in the Destiny 2 options menu. I have UnPN set to 'Enabled' on my router, and I have tried forwarding any port that I have seen on any forum related to Destiny 2, though the problem persists. I'm not sure what other details might be pertinent, other than that I did not play any Season of the Drifter. I'm trying to play though the Invitations of the Nine in order to "catch up" to other players, but I cannot upgrade my synthesizer without the aid of others, I think. The only reason I bring these things up is because another player reported that they were having the same problem before Season of the Forge, but it was fixed after they talked to Ada-1 for the first time. I just want to be able to run around as a solo player, but see and connect to other players again. Halp?
