Tons of games past 2015 are just uninteresting to me. Most games I play aside from a few are 2000-2015. Destiny is the main exception to this.
Halo is just boring
CoD has lost its core drive permanently
Other games are just too complicated for my taste
Others dont have enough going on
Many have annoying art styles that hurt to look at
Too many are just soulless, hopping on a bandwagon for money
Too many games have become hyper casual friendly
Too many games have obscenely toxic communities that ruin well made games
And others that were great just got left in the dirt and now aren't fun because barely anyone plays them
Doesn't really leave me with much choice in my games.

I'd give halo a chance 343i is redeeming themselves for their mess ups.

I know they're trying but Ive lost all patience with them at this point. They had their formula right in Halo 4 and then blew it entirely with Halo 5. The systems are bad, the physics are bad, the art style is ass, and the list goes on. It'd take me hours to go over everything I hate about it. And I seriously gave Halo 5 a chance. I tried for a while to find a single redeeming factor that wasn't forge and I couldn't find any.

Yes, yes I understand what you mean, but your patience will be rewarded in Holiday 2020 I have high hopes for them in the upcoming future I mean 343i is one of the few companies that doesn't try to make a game into a cash grab.
