Izanagi's Burden and Feeding Frenzy instead Outlaw
like in the title i would like to see feeding frenzy as a perk instead of outlaw.
even in the showing trailer is the catch, that we can body shot guardians in pvp/gambit and in pve it is more forgiving for the insane amount of reloading
