I have his/her username written down, I just don't want to add it here for their privacy. I was in Gambit Prime and was trying to report two idle players. I *was* on a streak, so I was used to my teams usernames being on the top in the results screen. In a frustrated rush, I clicked the first of the bottom two names on the enemy team by mistake.
I know one report of inactivity won't harm them, I just wanted to say something justttt in case it does.
I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this. I'm unaware of another option. If there is one please let me know!

3 RepliesDoesn't matter, you can report them a thousand times and it wouldn't matter, Bungie doesn't care.

You are able to report players in-game or by going to Report Suspected Cheating page and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on the Contact Help tab or the link below it to report a player that you were not able to report in game.

2 RepliesYou realize you have likely just ruined that innocent player's life? He was probably on the cusp of something great, a gaming career, but his father found out he was reported and was so ashamed of the dishonour, kicked him out of the house. His mother begged and pleaded her husband. "It's only one inactivity report!" she cried. But her pleas fell on deaf ears. "No son of mine shall tarnish our family name and heritage!" As the door slammed, and the son stood out on the doorstep in the damp air of the cloudy night, he shivered and pulled his coat in closer; it was one of the only things he had managed to grab as he was forcefully ejected from the house. Slowly, he made his way up the deserted road as the rain began to fall from the sky.
