How to Get Armory Forged Shell (Exotic Black Armory Ghost)?

I see that in Collections it says that the shell is found in the Bergusia Forge, but I know that it is given for completing the notorious Niobe riddle. Is the another way to obtain this shell without doing the Niobe riddle?
