Idk if this will be super popular here or not but it would be really nice if you guys could at least attempt to crackdown on recovs. IMO it is a really sad part of the game that people who are not skilled or dedicated enough can pay someone to put in the time on their behalf and get that triumph/weapon. This game is all about putting in the time to grind and improve to achieve your goal. Allowing recovs to run rampant as they currently do flies directly in the face of the whole spirit of the game. There was a time when I lacked confidence in PVP and considered hiring a recov for my Luna. However at the end of the day that felt wrong to me and I thought that it would be disrespectful towards the people who put in that time on their own. I then buckled down and practiced a bunch to improve and earned my Luna on my own accord. This was the best feeling i have had since the launch of D2 and I was very thankful that I didn't take the easy way out. That feeling of accomplishment I felt gave me the confidence to chase the other pinnacle pvp weapons and I now have everything besides NF. Would I like NF? Yes, but I know at the end of the day that I don't have the time or skill to achieve that accomplishment and I am okay with that. Yes this is a game of collecting things you want, but that stuff shouldn't be available to everyone because that lessens the accomplishment of those who worked their asses off for it. I really hope that there is some sort of focus on this with Shadowkeep, I really think that it would help bring some prestige back to chasing the pinnacle achievements in the game. This would be very beneficial in an environment where you guys are already putting so much emphasis on individuality with Armor 2.0 and continually expanding power level through the artifact. To be honest recovs are a dirty corner of the game that allows people to get things that they have no business getting. At its core recovs are cheating and for a studio that has such a high standard for not allowing cheating in their game it shocks me that recovs are still a thing. Thanks for reading my rant and regardless of this situation I am still excited for Shadowkeep. Thanks again for working so hard and making such an awesome game for us.
