I went onto the rewards page and completed the turned in the reward for the annual pass soundtrack. while I was there I also activated Cross save. A few days later I got around to opening the email and clicked on the button to receive my code, but that took me to a page saying that I haven't met the requirements yet. I have fully masterworked solstice armor what did I miss? Is cross save messing with my rewards profile? How can I get the soundtrack? I'm a big fan of Destiny's music and I have every previous soundtrack so I really don't want to miss this one as well.
