Bought silver, can't deactivate Cross Save
I would like to deactivate my cross save but can't because i recently bought silver. I didn't know this would be an issue. Any help? I would like battle.net to be my main

Hi, i want to deactivate cross save on my account but I’m unable to do so due to a silver purchase, I wasn’t aware of this being a problem and I was hoping I could get some help with my concerns and potentially get my cross save deactivated? Thanks.

Hi, please help. I cannot deactivate cross save for 23 days because I purchased silver recently and I didnt know would be a problem. The issue is that the season ends in less than 23 days and i was close to getting legend. Please can you deactivate my account as I chose the wrong character.

12 RepliesHello, Thank you for your report. If currently logged in, please log out of Destiny 2 on all platforms. Once you log back in, Cross Save should be disabled.
