I just activated cross save today without knowning that it cannot be deactivated even though I did not make any purchases on the active platform.i made a purchase on pc few days ago,today i accidentally picked the wrong account(PS4)and found out that I cannot deactivating my ps4 account even though I didn’t make any purchases on it,bungie please help me revert or change my active cross play account as PC. I do not want to redo all the process of grinding to 750 since I already done that multiple times.and I want to play Shadowkeep with my up to date character instead of waiting for another month.Thank you!
