I went ahead and linked my Battle.Net to my Steam account. I have three toons on my Bnet, and when I linked to Steam and it finalized successfully, it decided that I had zero characters in my account.
Again, to be CLEAR, I DO have 3 toons on my Battle.Net, it DID link the CORRECT Battle.Net account to my STEAM, however, it shows I have 0 purchases on Bungie.Net and 0 Toons on bungie.net. When I log into my Bnet account and launch Destiny 2, all three of my toons are there.
I have been trying to get this resolved since Cross Save was launched, all I got was a bad response on how I must not have had any toons in my Bnet account, which is odd, considering I purchased and played since day 1.
Please help, please?
EDIT: Added picture of Destiny 2 Cross Save settings, which clearly show my "non-existent" PC account as the active cross save profile with zero toons, and the below post was also edited to add a screen shot of my PC toons taken tonight, less than 20 minutes ago.

23 RepliesYou have cross save enabled with Xbox as your primary save. Your PC toons are on a dormant save and are unable to be seen or accessed until you deactivate cross save.

1 ReplyWhen you encounter issues that don't seem to quite match up, please take a moment to check the Known Issues threads that are generally pinned at the top of the Help forums. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/253269781 Your issue is currently a known issue being investigated.
Cross Save Configuration on Bungie.net: We are investigating an issue where players' Cross Save configurations may not reflect correctly on their Bungie.net profile, even if it is functioning correctly in-game on all platforms.
Because your issue is a known issue, that may be why you didn't previously receive the help that you feel you needed. As long as your characters are showing up properly on all platforms, you should be good to go. Since you have your PC characters set up as your cross-save characters, you should be seeing your PC characters on any platform you log in with that's connected to your profile, even if it's not showing up properly in the configuration listings.
