I’ve got 1700 silver. What should I get?
I’m torn between the Breathe in emote,
The Legacy-2 sparrow, and the Buoy Shell.
What do you think I should get;
Some of those, or what should you suggest?

Buoy Shell: 600 Silver

All three of those were available for purchase with bright dust, that's how I got them. If FOMO has you worried just choose what is more important to you. So far weapon ornaments for quest weapons have not been sold for dust. Bad Juju, Outbreak, Whisper, for sure have only been available for purchase with Silver only. Considering how much more involved everything in Eververse is going to be in Shadowkeep.....I would almost just wait and see what new things are going to be available for silver and what returns for purchase with dust.
