There are things that can be done to combat this, that will have an impact on the majority of games - switch to an SSD. As graphics get better and games get bigger, load times will suffer. PC's have the advantage of CPU/GPU being "overpowered" and loading this stuff with ease, but Consoles don't, so it's up to you to do what you can to improve the Console performance. SSD is the easiest way.
