Bungie devs just do not care about “optimization” as this was not required for consoles. D1 was bad with load times and char menus and d2 is no different. I think pc port is better just because a third party was making it and optimized it as best as they could. Also, i think bungie can’t make proper weapon balancing because their config is some enormous xml file that works with categories rather then specific items. So max they can do is change the individual gun perks and not stats
