Despite every effort, I made every week to achieve the weekly challenge on dreaming city I haven't got the spectrum/ghost and it is blocking me from unlocking several triumphs. I understand the logic of the game, being this a random drop but I've come to believe that this may be an error, even in a complex randomized system it shouldn't take this long, so I'm asking Bungie to help
