Pc doesn’t have this problem, if that is such an issue for you then buy a pc and transfer. With cross save there is literally no excuse

The horror running Destiny on something smaller than my 65inch 4k TV. No, I will not exchange my console played in the sofa feet up for a tiny 32inch monitor on a desk. I'd rather suffer through the loadtimes... But, you have a point though, one could look at getting a HP Omen setup for example. A 4400$ 65" 4K monitor running 144hz hooked up to a 2100$ RTX2080 system. I mean, it would be cool to throw out 6500$ to play destiny with tiny load times. I would have to buy the game again but it could be worth it. I mean, a setup like that would last at least 2-3 years before demanding an upgrade. My PS4 and PS4 Pro consoles has only lasted me around 5-7 years for 300$ at a time. That's why I left the PC. To many demanding and high cost upgrades all the time. Sure, the console plattform gets old and slow at the end, PS5 is around the corner. But Bungie should be able to code their game accordingly. Nowdays I get in game loading traveling in EDZ, running up the stairs in tower, in strikes etc. Matchmaking and going to tower can have you in orbit for ever it seems. Will be interesting to see if my new 500/500 fiber will change anything of that coming week. I'm sceptic..

You can use a Xbox or ps4 controller on a pc.... Same hdmi that plugs into the monitor plugs into the 65 inch 4K tv.....

If I would play on pc I would not create the disadvantage by playing on a controller. I do hope you can turn of auto aim on pc, yes?

LoL that’s wasteful spending and I’m not about that life. Plus I travel a lot for work. I wouldn’t bring my PC to a hotel. “Well buy a gaming Laptop!” What and then buy it a 3rd time? LoL Hell NO. I’m good where I’m at.

$300 console, $1200 PC... For a hobby I'm not spending that much. If I got paid to play I'd buy a PC.

The problem is you can't transfer your already bought and paid for licenses for Destiny 2 to other platforms. Sure you can transfer your characters and accomplishments, and SILVER, so why not your DLC? In a way people can feel duped into buying everything again. I know when I bought everything for my son to play on console, I felt let down due to the performance comparison. Now not only will I have to purchase the DLC again (forsaken anayways), but I'll have to do it thrice so I can also enjoy the game as well.

It would be nice if game licenses were transferable across platforms. At the very least, online-only games like the Destiny franchise should have this. I don't like the idea of having to pay for the game again on Google Stadia, but if it's the only version that is going to get dedicated servers... It would have been nice for Bungie to advertise their giving away the base game on PC for free for a limited time, because I was playing D2 every day and never heard about that offer until it was too late: if I would have known, I would have switched to PC, at least for things like Crucible. I actually switched from 360 to Xbox One largely because Bungie was giving away the base game and first two expansions for free on Xbone for those who had already purchased it on 360.
