For starters, keep pinochle weapon and exotic weapon quests out of pvp, that will put an end to a large chunk of paid carries and recoveries. But I honestly don’t think Bungie cares , or they would already be doing that!!!’ It’s not freakin rocket science, you just have to read the Bungie app recruitment page, the forum to know why the paid carries and recoveries are happening, the solution to most of it, is equally obvious as well.
