So I tried Cross Save. Accidentally entered incorrect XB log in. Cross Save won’t allow me to enter correct info as it will ONLY keep entering the incorrect info by itself and telling me there’s a problem. Uh yeah, there’s no account with those credentials. My finger slipped!! Can I please enter the correct log in? 👎🏼 You have one chance and one chance only. I logged out of Bungie.net....didn’t work. Logged into XB account to verify....didn’t work. Cleared my cache....didn’t work. The fact that I cannot enter the correct credentials blows my mind. This doesn’t seem like a hard process. I would’ve thought Bungie AT THE VERY LEAST could code web. Obviously not.

A similar thing happened to me, my brother and I have two separate accounts. Mine is on PS4 and his is on PC. I tried to create a new account on the PC and activate the cross save feature to link both that one and my PS4 one together, but my brothers PC account was still active. So when I accidentally linked my account to my brothers which seems to have TOTALLY DESTROYED my account and fused it into my brothers. Now I cant use my app or anything that related to my account anymore. Does anyone know what happened??

Try doing everything in an incognito/private browsing window. Alternately, clear all your cookies and try again.
