Unlink Playstation Account from my Bungie.net Account
Hi there ;-)
I want to activatre cross save on my account but I cant continue on the account linkin page. I have linked my Playstation account years ago. But this account is suspended. So I can't authenticate this account. And because of that I can't press the continue button on the authentication site of the cross save site.
I also can't unlink the account because, yeah I can't log in because it's suspended :D
Is there another way to unlick my psn account?

4 RepliesEdited by Kell of Kellogs: 8/22/2019 11:11:32 AMThe only way to unlink an account from your bungie.net account is to sign in with a different platform account (Xbox, Steam, Battle.net) then move to your settings in your account and click "unlink" on your PS account and follow that workflow. If because of a restriction on your PS account you're not able to complete the workflow because it forces you to sign in (to prove the account is yours), then you're out of luck for that bungie.net account unless something changes with your restriction situation through PS. The only workaround would be to have an entirely new bungie.net account, link the correct accounts you want (not the bad PS account) and activate cross save through there.
