Locked out of PSN characters after cross save.
I set my Xbox characters as my main account thinking I’d have access to them as well as my PSN characters through cross save. Turns out I’m completely unable to access them and I’m now stuck with my low leveled Xbox characters. And to make things worse I’m now stuck having to wait 58 days before I can disable cross save due to the silver I bought weeks ago. This is kind of upsetting seeing as I just pre ordered Shadow keep and now I have to wait to access it with the characters I want.

6 RepliesHey there, This is how cross save works. The account you choose becomes active on all platforms and your other accounts are placed into storage until you disable cross save. You can find more information here. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/47922

I have this but not as bad. Its 14 for me, but they did that on intention and im super fed up right now

3 Repliesdealing with the complete same issue but on the xbox side with my ps4 characters. I have to wait 44 days and i had just preordered shadowkeep.
