Cant Click Continue With 2 Authenticated Accounts
I have my Xbox and PS4 accounts authenticated for cross-save but, the option to continue and choose the characters to keep is greyed out and I cannot move on with the process. I have also tried using Battle.net instead of PS4 but the same issue happens.

You cannot authenticate just Xbox and Playstation if you also have a Blizzard account linked; all must be authenticated to continue. If you have a Battle.net ID attached to your account, you must also link a Steam ID to your account on the https://www.bungie.net/PCMove page first before attempting to set up cross-save.
