4 RepliesWhy are there sparrow barriers? What’s the harm in letting us drive to Bergusia?
-
Because it’s more than a season old so it probably won’t be touched again. Forges are still buggy and there hasn’t even been an attempt at making them more enjoyable since the first one released
-
Why can’t we fast travel to forge?
Becau$e ea$y acce$$ for Everver$e i$ more important than actually making the game better.
-
3 RepliesLetting you fast travel to the forges takes a ton of time and effort, when they should use that time making new content.
-
Because they are secret! Even though they are outdoors.
-
-
7 RepliesFake grind extension. Same thing as the return to Ada-1 step.
-
1 ReplyWhy fast travel to it? I want to MM to it from Orbit.
-
How about fast travel to all public events, blind well, etc. Fast travel is the easiest way to match up with other players, without you have to sit there or load in and out of the area.
-
3 RepliesLets just get rid of the planets altogether. Fast travel right into Forges, Lost Sectors, Public Events, etc. No free roam at all. No tower either. All tasks, bounties and quests are auto-accepted upon login. After a year of that, we'll nix the gameplay altogether as well, now you can get any game item right from your Collection whether you played the activity or not. D3 will just be a shooting range.
-
Because they want to keep their player base up for longer. 1 million players and 900k loading into the EDZ to farm forges ready for Shadowkeep. I joke of course...
-
1 ReplyEdited by Maskerader: 8/22/2019 9:01:43 AMSomeone said that forges aren't made as your ordinary matchmade activity because initially they were intended to be open-world activities like Blind Well. But it didn't work for some reasons, so they ended up being this strange thing in-between. I still don't understand why can't we at least teleport to that area near each forge to skip the glide-glide-glide-run-jump-run part that doesn't suit any purpose (other than extending your time in game). There are teleport points near forges already. But - no option to trigger these teleports from anywhere.
-
1 ReplyThey’ve been aware that the player base wants it for a long time. Unfortunately they aren’t doing it.
-
7 RepliesThe real question is... since we already found the lost forges, why didn't the guardians brought them back to the Tower yet?
-
6 RepliesBungie logic.. They wont fix any of the crap. But hey, eververse can be opened from the director now! Because that's what we all asked for, right? Not getting bounties or something from orbit...
-
Cuz they will probably be dismantled in a later season, atleast a few of them .
-
Can they build a new forge in the tower instead that lets me farm materials over time?
-
2 RepliesI would say it’s to give time for the Forge area to load but we still have to manually load in at the Forge itself so... time extension? Bungie hates us? I don’t know.
-
Edited by Zizin: 8/22/2019 4:20:22 AMHere's an idea. Since Bungie so insistently wants us to go back to Ada, why don't have her launch us into the respective forge when we go back? Like how Mithrax launches us into the Outbreak mission. And for those who have unlocked Bergusia, we get to choose if we want to go into Bergusia or the other forges.
-
or how about that pointless 2nd to last quest step that forces us to return to the tower? THAT's what I wish they'd get rid of. I would love to do an entire gun frame in the forge without having to leave it.
-
I don't mind going there. I usually grab some planetary bounties on the way and maybe hop off my sparrow when I see a chest or planetary mat nearby. The Return to Ada step is pure garbage though.
-
Making you work for your materials farming.😂
-
2 RepliesU lazy kids need all the exercise u can get 👍
-
Edited by A treva: 8/21/2019 6:40:30 PMmaybe matchmaking from the orbit already solve the boring run to the forges.
-
2 RepliesYet they're adding eververse to the director
-
1 ReplyI assumed it was for loading the server instance, like the Blind Well and Archon's Forge.
