Halo reach skull haloween helmet
does anyone know how to get the skull helmet, i have got every helmet on my list and still cant unlock it, do you unlock new helmets when u lvl up or something ?

Never mind. I found it. I've seen it before. I heard it was just Bungie who has it, but I guess that was wrong.

They say you can't unlock the Haunted helmet til Reclaimer rank (which requires about 16 million credits). So there's no hurry.
