If your game is loading on another Xbox fine but it’s not loading on yours..... then the problem is YOUR Xbox.
Has nothing to do with your connection or Bungie

Hmm, well it worked before I uninstalled?? And literally EVERYTHING else works perfectly fine on my Xbox, so I seriously doubt it.

I'm looking for a helpful solutions, not opinions. Trying every other suggestion in these forums still doesn't help with my connection problem, and all I'd like to do is enjoy the game I bought. ;) wouldn't make too much since being my Xbox where literally ONLY this game has problems.
