Crucible in this game is the worst multi-player experience of any game I've ever played. It's gonna take more than a nerf to fix it too.

I'd play this any day over cod, fortnite, battlefield, so dont tell me what is good and what is bad.
-
I don’t get it. I love the crucible.

Edited by AbsolutZeroGI: 8/18/2019 7:27:10 AMTake the powerful gear and forced quest lines out of it and see how many tens of you are left playing it. Crucible is garbage. It's the most toxic part of the entire community, bungo puts clans vs solo players on purpose, and the game types and maps are a disaster. I've played Crucible games since D2 launched (by force never because I want to) and not a single one of them have been fun, even when I win.
-
There are a ton of people who enjoy pvp, stop projecting.
-
And none of those people are pleasant to be around, talk to, or play with because it's basically jsut people leaning on meta to farm those who go in wanting to have fun. I've not met one nice person who is also good at crucible and I've been here since taken king.
-
people are toxic in all games.
-
Yeah, but generally speaking I don't have to play against them in a competitive event in which I'm clearly inferior and told that I deserve to get stomped. That's a different level of toxic.
-
it happens in every game. destiny is no different. way more toxic communities out there anyway if you really wanna go there.
-
I doubt it. Not with the consistency of the mean spirited nature of this game's pvp community. Every game feels the same.
-
considering we are on the same platform I can confidently say you’re exaggerating.
-
Go look at my pvp record. I'm average at best. I've never once gotten a GG at the end of a game and I get teabagged and danced in almost every time I'm killed. This is a community of apes that get off on making other people hate playing this game.
-
people don’t send out ggs like that and people teabag me or send me hate mail quite often.
-
It's really rare, but I've gotten a few gg's and I've sent out a few myself. It always seems to be for the same situation: one person on the team that gets absolutely stomped has an incredible match while the rest of their team was simply just there.
-
Sounds like that’s to do with you, I know quite a few people who exclusively play pvp and they’re very pleasant to be around.
-
Yes, because getting rocked by team firing outbreaks (because bungie still pits clan teams of 6 vs solo players) and having them dance on my corpse for 15 straight minutes is TOTALLY my fault /sarcasm.
-
Then bring your own team if you don’t like it. The paying with other people is fun.
-
Playing Crucible is never fun, with people or solo. If I'm in a fireteam, we're usually doing something fun.
-
Again with the projecting, I don’t care if you like crucible but others do.
-
I don't care if others do. It's just a bunch if OEM shotgun titans with fists of havoc anyway. In an event where you can choose whatever you want, and it still ends up being as competitive as the rest of the game and the people who rely on crutches shit on people who don't. Sorry, just because people like it doesn't make it good. People like cigarettes and crack too.
-
It may have to do with the weapons you're using
-
Outbreak Prime, Badlander, and Hammerhead.
-
I see why people teabag a hammerhead it can kill with 7 bullets with a massive magazine, even I get annoyed by facing it
-
Edited by AbsolutZeroGI: 8/18/2019 10:50:50 PMThe last time I used my hammerhead in pvp was in gambit. In Crucible, the whole game is basically camping heavy. 1 in 12 shot of even getting it with everyone going for it all the time, assuming I live long enough to get to it when it's there. People camping heavy is a serious problem in Crucible.

I mean... I disagree about it being the most toxic in the community. We are sitting in the most toxic part of the community rn. Forums.
