I played through the menagerie once, went through all encounters, beat the final boss and collected the chest at the end, went to do another and I've been locked out. I claimed all triumphs, did every single quest step available until it asked me to upgrade the chalice, but if I try to upgrade the chalice it says "quest progress required" and the only quest progress is to upgrade the chalice. Some posts I found said there was a chest on the barge to unlock but I cannot unlock any of the barge chests and neither Werner or the Calus statue have anything to say to me or give.
