I can invite thru app, but cannot be invited!?

I've had the app for a while now and can invite no problem. But I cannot recieve invites myself!? I've looked at setting options, Signed onto PS4 app & made sure that it's set as my primary ps4. Any advice on this?

Go to messages, click options button then privacy settings, it'll ask you to sign in then change your message settings to public or open

Also do know that you should be in Orbit when you invite or are invited...
