Shortage of arc weapons?
Am I the only one that feels we need a few more arc weapons in the game? Outside of shotgun, fusion etc., would love to see a new auto or pulse rifle with arc. Not counting horror's least as that is based on rng in the corrupted nightfall, it seems like arc is very few and far between but we have a lot of void and solar weapons. Most of my arc specials were from y1 and are not really that great now with random rolls in and bungie never really updated any to y2. Am I missing something here?

Their main issue is that many of them aren't the easiest to farm due to RNG and lack of target farming... But the same can be said about many of the strongest Solar/Void weapons (Swarm of the Raven/Outrageous Fortune come to mind but also Mindbender too) It just happens that some good Pinnacle weapons happen to be Void (Recluse) or Solar (Not Forgotten) as well as being in the Menagerie to be easily target farmed (Trust, Twilight Oath, Epicurean, Erentil)
