I agree it needs a buff but please god stop putting damage buff perks on every single exotic/legendary to grace this game. It’s boring, lazy, and not unique at all. What they could do, in my [b][i][u]OPINION[/u][/i][/b], is just make the catalyst increase rev-up time like everyone wanted it to from the beginning. Not even by a stupid amount either just enough so that it’s noticeable.
