Truth is a problem in Gambit, get it out.

Tbh Gambit as a whole is a problem. Bungie will indefinitely leave it to rot and add some other trashy game mode. Anyone that says “yOu ArE tHe PrObLeM” or some bull like that is just as ignorant as Bungie.

I think Truth needs to be banned from pvp activities just because the tracking is stupid accurate.

The Queensbreaker nerf gave Crooked Fang. Crooked Fang gave way to Hammerhead and Thunderlord. The LMG nerfs gave us Truth. The only adjustment Truth needs is a tweak so that we can see the launch from the distances that fights take place in Gambit. Right now, by the time you see the rocket, its too late to get out of the way. But all nerfing Truth will do is break YET ANOTHER weapon for use in other parts of the game.....while another heavy weapon steps up and takes it place.....or worse. Cause if you think Truth is dirty.....just be happy that more people aren't running Izanagi's Burden...and know what those four rounds compressed into a single shot can do.

If I can pull off a team wipe with Bad Omens/Roar of the Bear with tracking and a few Bygones mags, the issue might not be so much as somebody using Truth as it was simply being in the wrong place to allow it to kill you. Yes, it has aggressive tracking and prox detonation, but it still takes up an exotic slot. If you know a Truth user is attempting to invade and you’re playing the Sentinel rather than a Reaper, just have long range weapons like snipers or Arbalest or another tracking Rocket, get to the highest point with cover on the map and floss him out. Nothing is stopping folks from going back to Sleeper or Queenbreaker’s and hardballing like those using Truth and that’s truth right there, brother!
