Mods are pointless due to balancing.
It turns out every advantage you equip will buff your enemy against you equally.
If you equip a targeting adjuster, your target will be harder to hit exactly by the amount given to you via your targeting adjuster mod.
The same happens with every mod or perk you have equipped.

2 Repliesbruh. Targetting Adjuster mod gives you extra aim assist so you can hit your targets BETTER. Unless youre a legit potato, then no mod can help you.
