    • Are you on a suspension or a permanent ban? Are you on WIFI? If so, go hard wired.

    • Got the same message from Bungie today saying that my account has connectivity issues that has received multiple player complaints and if my connectivity issues aren't fixed, I will be banned from PVP or matchmaking...I have spent a lot of time and money on these games and all the DLC's etc. My connection issues should not be an issue if Bungie could matchmake people with similar broadband speeds. I am temporarily on wifi, but it's not a bad connection. The speeds are more than adequate. I can't be held responsible for the fact that others may be playing on fiber optic connections, hardwired, with a PS4 Pro. This is the first time I have ever received a complaint, and I know that it has to do with the fact that I was playing PVP all week (salty). I have used my mobile hotspot for months (in the past) and never got a complaint. Why now? I feel like diagnostics or proof of internet speeds through a speed test should be asked for by Bungie before banning players. It's not right.

      • From what you said your Internet is not "fine". You are having data loss issues stopping you forming a stable connection to the host player and the D2 save data servers. This could be from using WiFi and getting interference (hence why they say no WiFi for games or at least use boosters) or general Internet issues. It could be that you are overdue to reset your router and then to clear your systems cache to refresh your Internet connection. Do a search for any error codes on Bungie.net, Destiny app or Google to bring up a help guide.

      • You kept trying to join a matchmade activity even with connection issues that you were having? That’s why you were banned. Should have waited til the issue resolved itself rather than trying to constantly join on a terrible connection.
