Bad juju tribute hall not working please help
Hi, I’ve currently been unable to get the bad juju since it became available and I don’t know what to do to fix the issue. My tribute hall will not open even after I turn in so many bounties. I created a whole other character to restart the quest from fresh but the chest on the barge ship to start the quest wasn’t their so I’m unable to do that also. Please help thanks.

I just have one character - I've got several discounts/boons done. But the prompt for the hole in the floor for the first tribute just doesn't activate. Waited for the reset but still no joy. Really really aggravating. It's like I've missed something, but according to everything I've read online I haven't - and I've done everything my friends did. Could there be some obscure criteria only a tiny amount of players haven't met?
