Add a Mission Tab so we can play any mission in the game whenever we want

I get it, there are so many missions and adventures in D2, that adding them to each planet will cluster up each planets' map. Theres also the issue of exploiting this more rewards and materials, however thats what heroic story missions are for As for me id like to see a tab under Vanguard, that lets you choose and replay any mission you want. No matter if they are story missions, adventures, quest step specific missions, hidden exotic missions, seasonal event missions (Like solstice of Heroes 2018) or patrol missions. If a player wants to replay a mission in the game for fun, we should definatelly have access to do so whenever we want. In order for the missions to show up in the list however, the player must have previously completed said mission. And of course no meaningful rewards will come out of it. This idea is for of a fun, casual quality of life service than another way to farm powerful gear. Think about it like private matches, but for pve. Like the whisper mission for example, if the player wants to see it in that list, he/she must first discover and complete the whisper before being added to the list. Let us choose a difficulty aswell for these missions. If you choose to complete the mission at a harder difficulty, you will start seeing legendary rewards. I do have an idea on how to replicate heroic and veteran difficulties from Halo into Destiny. You see with each expansion, we have a higher power level. Meaning a static level 34 or 300 power being the hardest option to choose is laughably pretty bad. How about you make the normal difficulty be on par to what our highest power level is with the gear in our inventory, and heroic and veteran difficulties get a 25 or 50 power level increase respectively to enemy combatants, as well as upgrading their ai to make them more aggressive. Similar to how they can be in gambit. So for example if your guardian is 750, then the enemies you will face on heroic will be 775, and on legendary they will be 800. Same thing if your guardian isnt leveled up. Lets you are are 563 power. Heroic for you will have enemies at 588 and on legendary it will be at 613. Legendary sounds brutal i know, but when has it not. It cant be as worse as the Jackal Snipers, can it? Now when it comes for missions that can be played co op, id say the power level should scale with the person who has the highest power in the fireteam. Or have everyone temporarily be at the same power level as the fireteam leader once the mission starts, and then go back to their own values once you return to orbit. This is to prevent missions from being to 1 sided on co op. Either relying to much on your teamate or being able to carry and practically solo the mission with your partner just following you. You can add triumphs or achievements to the game with an emblem or some type of cosmetic, to show youve beaten a canpaign on legendary solo, you know add challenges to add replayability.
