"BUG" in The Shattered Throne Dungeon and Wish Ender Quest.
In the Shattered Throne Dungeon and Wish Ender Quest I found a bug that ruined my gameplay.
In the third orb for the bow quest inside the Thrall room I have died with the orb in my hands and when I respawn the orb was no longer in its place.
I have the checkpoint in the next one after the thrall zone and I can't go back. Seeing that the orb was no longer in its place I had no choice and continued on.
What I can do?
Can you help me?

Finish the dungeon and restart. You can do the Dungeon as many times as you want. Better watch out the second time, try to let your team mates protect you while carrying the relic.

You can also travel back through the thrallway. You'll need to jump on one of the lamps on the wall and then up to the balcony (best with titan and Lion Rampants or hunter with Stompees). Then make it all the way to the Ogre beam hall, pick up the first of the two orbs. After you slam that, the second one will be available. The other option is as Luca noted.
