Fine the way it is.

Hey guys, I got into a pretty lengthy debate over the weekend about One Eyed Mask (OEM) and its overall effectiveness. This lead to some pretty extensive testing and I wanted to share my precise findings to hopefully clear up common misconceptions about the exotic. Constructive feedback is appreciated. I apologize for the formatting, apparently these forums don't like tab spacing and bullet points. Before continuing on below, here is a quick clarification of a characters HP/Shield Bar. HP: Red Portion (static value) Shield: Gray portion (affected by resilience) Over-shield: Blue effect (varies based on source) Marking Targets: -Marking a target requires receiving a minimum amount of damage. (>10-15 HP/Shield damage) -Places marker on enemy, visible through the environment at any range. -Only a single target can be marked at a time. -Lasts 8 seconds. -Activating Super Abilities removes mark from target and prevents a new mark from being applied for the duration of the Super. -Short cooldown (1-2 seconds) before a new mark can be applied after mark expires or target is killed. -Killing a marked target applies Vengeance to wearer. Vengeance: Duration: --7 seconds. --Vengeance does not stack and cannot be refreshed while active. --No cooldown after Vengeance expires before it can be reapplied. --Activating Super Abilities removes all Vengeance effects. Damage Bonus: -Grants 5% damage bonus for full duration of Vengeance. Instant HP/shield heal -based on wearers current HP. --If below 100 HP+shield: ---Immediately self-heal to approximately 100 HP+shield. --If above 100 HP+shield: ---Immediately self-heal small amount. (10-15 HP/shield) --Effect stacks with other subclass-based healing effects. (Reversal, Sol Invictus, Resupply, etc.) -HP/Shield Regeneration. --Lasts for 3-4 seconds. (Not full Vengeance Duration) --Persists through damage. --High recovery stat can overshadow this effect but does not impact it directly. -Instant Over-shield (20% of maximum value), --Continues to increase to maximum value (90+) over 2 seconds. --Lasts up to 7 seconds. (Same as Vengeance) --Receiving damage halts over-shield recovery. ---Evading additional damage allows Over-shield to resume filling to maximum value. --Over-shield removed if value drops to 0. ---Removal of Over-shield does not affect other Vengeance effects. TLDR: Its still really good.
