Solstice armor
Why is my solstice armor only rated at 250 after upgrading to blue? Kinda new to destiny here any help would be appreciated

If your character level is 30 or below the green drops at 220 and the blue drops at 250. If you are 32 to 49 then the green drops at 300 and the blue I believe is 330. The only guardians that get green at 700 are those at level 50. And their blues will drop at 720.
