need help it keep crashing after cut scenes sometimes freezing my whole system
i have an acer aspire e5-575 with an i3 and intel hd 620 with 12 gb of ram and win 10 i have tried the scan and repair, the re install, the turning all other programs off, running it as admin, made sure all my drivers were up to date even went as far as turning my max processor speed to 99% and still no luck does anyone have any ideas how to help me

Have you checked temperatures? Sounds like overhearing. If not overheating, have you tried it while plugged into the wall outlet? Bungie doesn't officially support Destiny 2 on laptops. It's possible that it just doesn't work.
