Warning about internet connectivity and possible ban
Hello. I got a warning today when logging in that I have connection issues and if it continues that I would be banned from matchmaking. This is absolute garbage! I have no connection issues and am anywhere from 75 to 100 mbs. All other online games I play work fine and my xbox internet settings all read optimal with an open NAT type. I would like to know why I got this message and who to talk to albc this is a load of crap.

4 RepliesNoone to talk to. Bungie has evidence that your connection is causing issues. Just because you have the speed doesn’t mean you have the quality needed. What are all your tested network stats (up & down speed, nat, packet loss, latency/ping/jitter, etc)? Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
