They should have added them as a possible drop in the packages. Opening packages = dismantle galore fest of blues. Nothing in them at all that ties to the event it self.

Except random rolled solstice armor doesnt mean squat come Oct 1 cause you'll just get a 2.0 version. So packages still mean nothing but occasionally getting 1 enhancement core, material, and a piece of gear.
