The game is becoming more hardcore. Bungie: " this game isn't for Johnny 2 sticks anymore". They don't expect you to keep up. I personally am happy about this, but can understand why people are angry. But people can't expect to be able to leisurely get all gear from everything anymore, it's just the way it is now. Besides, it's harder challenges and less grind when you get to the masterwork armor sets.
