Why does Emile wear an E.V.A helmet..
.. When the rest of his gear (and role) seems to be related to explosives and CQC / Breaching? (E.V.A is for space, as far as I know)

Actually his vision wouldn't be impaired in the slightest. If you've ever seem those glasses with bands in front of your eyes you will understand that because each rod in your eye sees more than 1 sq mm, than fine lines drawn drawn in front of your eyes will not block ur vision. Because each rod sees at a slight angle and therefore you can see around the line, bad explanation but u get the point

I think it might have to do with his former SPI armor. He might have carved a skull onto his old SPI helmet and then when he went to MJOLNIR he wanted a EVA cause it was the closest to SPI

EVA stands for Extra Vehicular Assault (I'm pretty sure, not positive). Does Emile ever really drive vehicles much? Also, EVA has the biggest visor, which means probably best visibility. Finally, the large visor gives him the most room to carve his skull on.

Because he's a tool. With all that area of visibility, plus his carving, he actually has less visibility than Stevie Wonder, in fact he may be Stevie Wonder, that's why he looks the way he does, I bet he's smiling inside.

He is black so they used the real life fad of black people wearing big glasses and gave him the helmet with the biggest visor. and he wanted to be unique so he carved a skull into it duuuuuh, plus black people like to take the ugliest things possible and say they are cool. Nobody would tell Emile that EVA was cool so he carved a skull and said "can i haz cool now?" no Emile... no [Edited on 10.05.2010 6:07 PM PDT]

The CQC helmet has a relatively pointed chin right? In CQC there's that chance that you both have eachothers arms pinned right? The helmet is for stabbing into his neck with the chin! It's almost like having a 5th limb in handy!

Well, he could use another helmet, but the skull would have to be smaller. A lot smaller. But he's a CQB kinda guy; he would be so close to the enemy and so in their face, that tiny skull would be the size of a Gueta. Of course, when Sparky McSkull is close enough to the enemy for that to happen, they're probably already dead with a nice, large amount of shotgun pellets lodged in their body.

Obviously he wears it because it was the only helmet with enough visor to put that skull on.

Why does Jorge wear grenader gear when he can't even through a grenade or use pretty much any explosive. All he uses is heavy weapons. (His Light machine gun.) These are the questions that haunt us neh?
