One eyed mask is still too powerful in crucible
Hunters and warlocks don't have an exotic that
1. buffs damage
2.restores health
3. grants OVERSHIELD
And all because you got a kill on someone who shot you.
if anyhting it shouldnt grant an overshield and should not be as easy to acquire said buffs.
Say for example if you only allowed it to be activated while critically injured then that would be actually balanced.
