I recently moved to a new location, and afterwards i have been experiencing high latency in destiny 2. I am on a new 'everything' for the internet (modem, router, ISP). The problem seems to be exclusive to destiny 2 as every other game i've played has shown no issues, and my internet in general seems to be functioning perfectly.
I have tried everything that i could think would be relevant in Bungie's self help section, including forwarding the relevant ports. Nothing has worked.

i installed wtfast to see if that would help anything. It unfortunately did not but there is this graph showing my ping over the course of a pvp match. https://imgur.com/gallery/PnEhfdV

bump. Problem still present. I'm noticing my ping is in the 75ish range while in orbit but once i join any kind of match it goes all over the place.
