Their damage is horrible and they are useless. Only exception could be jaderabbit or mida but those are exotics so those can't count. The iron banner quest with the scout rifles part brought me to tears of sadness as I had a super hard time trying to kill anyone with a scout rifle as they damaged and killed me faster with the higher amounts of damage they did to me. Please just buff the damage of scouts just for the iron banner quest so that they can be viable instead of absolute garbage.
